After dispatch, delivery is approximately 1–2 business days in the Netherlands and 2–3 business days in Belgium.

When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information by email after your order has been dispatched.

For returns that are not the result of an error by DLN Jewellery, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Yes. Earrings can be returned as long as the hygiene seal has not been broken and the product remains unused.

Once the seal has been opened, earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Damaged or incorrectly delivered earrings can of course still be reported to us.

Approved returns are refunded within 3 business days. Your payment provider may require additional processing time.

We accept iDEAL, Klarna and supported payment methods through Shopify Payments.
